Abstract: The aim of the present investigation is to prepare mefenamic acid loaded ethosomes by hot method. Three formulations were prepared by altering drug to phospholipid ratio. The obtained vesicles were examined under trinocular microscope. The Presence of Large and small Unilamellar Vesicles Indicates the formation of ethosomes
